I am immensely proud of my father and the countless ways in which he has inspired me. From his unwavering discipline, integrity, and desire to help others, to his strong work ethic and unwavering determination, my father is a true role model.
For over 14 years, he has run a small business, overcoming numerous obstacles and challenges along the way. His expertise lies in solving problems in various industries such as textile, restaurants, and other production sites that involve heavy machinery. He is highly skilled in working with stainless steel, complex mechanical machinery, and tools.
Problem-solving has always been at the core of his work and he approaches each challenge with a unique and innovative mindset, drawing on his extensive experience.
Last year, we moved into a new home and my father brought his craftsmanship to our household, using his skills to tackle a variety of issues that we encountered. Here are a few examples:
Problem 1: Balancing Fresh Air and Cooking on the Stove
We live on the 6th floor and the kitchen is often filled with a fresh breeze, but this also meant that the stove would sometimes turn off. To find a solution, my father created a device that could be placed next to the stove, allowing for both an uninterrupted flow of air and a functioning stove.
Problem 2: A Need for a Larger Dining Table
With our family growing to six members, we needed a larger dining table. Rather than purchasing one, my father decided to make one himself, designing and constructing the table from scratch.
Problem 3: Transporting Dishes to the Drawing Room and Washing Area
To make it easier to transport dishes between the kitchen, drawing room, and washing area, my father created a small trolley. This versatile piece has since proven useful for a variety of other tasks around the house.
Problem 4: A Strong and Lightweight Stool for Various Purposes
The stool designed is both strong and lightweight, making it a valuable addition for various purposes.
Problem 5: Exercise Equipment for Home
My father and I were discussing the need for an effective exercise tool for home use. Although it appeared expensive, I was interested in purchasing it.
The next day, my father asked me for my measurements and after a few weeks, he brought the following equipment to my home.
Problem 6: Unstable Office Work Table
I was facing issues while working from my home office as the table was shaking and unstable. My father came to my aid and not only solved the problem but made the table even stronger.
Problem 7: Kids Damaging the Serving Table in the Drawing Room
When guests with children visit our home, the kids sometimes choose to sit on the serving table instead of the sofa. Although the table was designed for serving food, it was not made to withstand the weight of kids. To ensure its longevity, we had to add support to one side of the table, which was previously lacking a base for aesthetic purposes.
I am continually in awe of my father's resourcefulness and creativity. He has a talent for finding solutions to problems and I am grateful for the many ways in which he has made our home a better and more functional place.
